Delivery & Shipping

As most items are built to order, Stanley Chair maintains a 4-week backlog. We maintain some inventory of our most popular items (fabric-to-frame combinations) – delivery of these is often much quicker. Also, some items that are stocked and require little or no customization (e.g., occasional tables, dinettes, etageres) are available for immediate scheduling for shipment.Please contact your Stanley representative or our customer service department about delivery schedule of your specific orders.

Stanley Chair delivers on its own fleet of trucks in a range from Key West, Florida to North Carolina, and west to Mississippi.  Freight charges vary depending geographic location. Other regions are serviced with bonded freight carriers pre-approved by Stanley Chair. Freight rates are negotiated, and often customers are “pooled” together for faster service and better rates.

Of course, customer’s choice of common carrier is allowed, as well as UPS for small items. With dock appointment, customers may pick up at the plant.

For export customers, we can load 20 or 40-foot containers at our facility, or ship products cartooned (at modest carton fee) to your freight forwarder or consolidator.
